Machine timing — iAuto
The FarmKind job's actual speed was never written down (the iAuto vault note is tagged #FailedToDocument), so these are honest defaults. Calibrate once: time the machine on one real page, nudge these two numbers until the print-time chip matches, and they stay saved for every future letter. Print time = characters ÷ speed, plus feed time per page.

"Size" = the height of one character — the font's full em box, capital top to descender tail (like a Word font size, but in mm; 5.0 mm ≈ 14 pt). Line-to-line distance = size × line spacing.
